This is a good blog and it has given clear concept that ITIL can offer users some of benefits that include:improved IT services, improved productivity of a company and reduced costs.
I'm finally getting this started. The goal is to obtain the ITIL V3 Foundations Certificate.
BLOG OBJECTIVES
1) Provide a repository of links and information 2) Provide helpful hints 3) Journalize the "adventure" 4) Minimize out of pocket expenses 5) Avoid the use of "dumps". If I do this, I'm going to do this right and learn something along the way. I subscribe to the theory that the use of "exam dumps" is cheating. 6) And should probably try to get the certification. (COMPLETE!)
